Julia Morozenko

Professora nivel 2 Iyengar Yoga

I have been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2010. Before this, I had been looking for a teacher for a long time, tried a lot of different yoga methods, and one fine day, by chance, I became acquainted with the Iyengar yoga method. I immediately realized that this was mine.

I studied at a teacher’s course in the city of Varna with the leading Russian teacher Olga Zvontsova. Completed the Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Course in Ukraine with Vitaly Litvinov, received a Level 2 certificate.

I regularly attend seminars by senior teachers. Such as Faeq Biria, Manouso Manos, Gabriella Giubilaro, Abhijata Iyengar, as well as many other teachers.

What is yoga for me? “Yoga is a light that, once lit, will never dim. The better the practice, the brighter the flame.” B.K.S. Iyengar.

Yoga has become a part of life for me. It brings regularity and harmony into my life. Yoga for me is my life today. It is happiness to be yourself, and to experience yourself as new every moment. This is an opportunity to become the best person I can be.

Yoga exercises combine movement, mind and breath to bring a sense of balance, relaxation and harmony to the body. One who practices yoga uses his body to transform the mind. Thanks to training the body and mind, a person gets the opportunity to awaken every cell of his being and his soul.
