Praticante desde 1999 e apaixonada por dar aulas há já 20 anos (que voaram), a Inês viveu e estudou por todo o mundo durante muitos destes anos e em particular com o grande Christian Pisano, Patxi Lizardi e também em Pune com a família Iyengar.
Foi a primeira Sénior portuguesa e oferece toda esta experiência nos seus workshops e aulas – conhecidas pelo seu dinamismo, intensidade e profundidade.

Practicing since 1999 and passionate about teaching for 20 years (which flew by), Inês has lived and studied all over the world for many of these years, particularly with the great Christian Pisano, Patxi Lizardi, and also in Pune with the Iyengar family.
She was the first Portuguese Senior and offers all this experience in her workshops and classes – known for their dynamism, intensity, and depth.
